The app connects over Wi-Fi to your Aura frame and lets you upload photos directly from your camera roll, send them via the share sheet, or even text photos straight to the frame — no app needed for guests. Unlimited cloud storage means you never have to delete photos, and the app supports video uploads as well. Multiple contributors can be invited to the same frame, so grandparents, siblings, and friends can all add memories automatically. 1. Set Up Your Frame: Plug in your Aura frame, connect it to Wi-Fi following the on-screen instructions, and download the Aura app on your smartphone. 2. Pair the Frame: Open the app, tap "Set Up a Frame," and follow the pairing steps — the app will detect your frame on the same Wi-Fi network. 3. Add Photos from Your Camera Roll: Tap the plus icon in the app to select photos or videos from your phone's gallery to upload to the frame. 4. Share the Frame with Others: Tap "Invite Friends & Family" and send email or SMS invitations to people you want to contribute photos to your frame. 5. Upload via Text Message: Share photos with your Aura frame by texting images to the frame's dedicated phone number — no app required for family members who aren't tech-savvy. 6. Use the Share Sheet: In your iPhone or Android photo gallery, select any photo, tap "Share," and choose Aura from the share sheet to send it directly to your frame. 7. Manage Display Settings: Use the app to enable or disable auto-brightness, set active hours for when the frame displays photos, and delete or hide specific images from the frame.
